Permanent Magnet VSD Motor • Features & Advantages

Equipped with IE5 ultra-high-efficiency rare-earth permanent magnet synchronous motor. The rotor has built-in permanent magnets and requires no excitation current. Matched with dedicated VSD drive module, it enables stepless continuous speed regulation and dynamically matches air output according to site air demand. The motor adopts high protection class design for harsh working conditions. Low-loss transmission structure delivers high transmission efficiency, fast response and soft start.

Mechanical System

The core is a water-lubricated single-screw airend. All wetted parts including screw, star wheels, compression chamber, water-gas separation chamber and air contact pipelines are made of stainless steel. The airend adopts symmetrical double-side star-wheel meshing structure to counteract axial forces mutually. Pure water acts as the only medium for lubrication, cooling and sealing during compression to achieve near-isothermal compression. The whole unit eliminates the entire oil circuit system, without oil pump, oil separator, oil cooler and other oil components. The machine is equipped with a shock-absorbing base with high rigidity.
