Product Overview
YJT is a twostage waterlubricated oilfree screw compressor. It adopts series compression with two stainlesssteel rotor airends. Purified water serves as the only medium for lubrication, sealing and cooling, and the discharge air consistently reaches ISO 85731 Class 0 oilfree grade. Staged twostage compression further enhances isothermal benefits. It delivers excellent temperature rise control and much higher volumetric efficiency than singlestage models. Lower energy consumption at the same pressure, suitable for continuous air demand with mediumlarge flow and stable high pressure. The airend chamber and rotors are fully made of stainless steel, corrosionresistant. No risk of air contamination from metal debris or peeling coating. The purewater lubrication design requires no lubricating oil, no oil separator and generates no waste oil. It eliminates costs for oil purchase, oil change and hazardous waste disposal and complies with environmental regulations. Equipped with intelligent touch PLC control system, it monitors pressure, temperature, water level and operating load in real time. Multiple interlock protections are available (over-temperature, over-pressure, water shortage, overload alarm and shutdown). Stable and reliable for 7×24 continuous operation. Shock-absorbing and noise-reducing structure ensures low operating noise, friendly to workshop environment. Compared with conventional dry twostage oilfree compressors, it avoids hightemperature ageing of sealing parts, with longer service intervals and simpler maintenance.
